Order Receiving
Can I open the package when it arrives?
Yes. You may open the package in front of the courier only to:

✦ Confirm the order is complete

✦ Check the material and overall quality

No. Trying on or using the item in front of the courier is not allowed.
You can request a refund or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in original condition.
No. Partial receiving is not allowed. Orders must be received in full.
If you refuse to receive the order, you will be required to pay the shipping fees.
Yes. For orders above 4,000 EGP, a 25% deposit is required before shipping.

Once the order is returned to us, your refund will be issued within 2–14 working days to the original payment method.
Refunds & Exchanges
No. Refunds are not available during sales. During sales, exchanges are accepted only if:

Please contact us after receiving the package. We’ll process your request as quickly as possible.
Refund or Exchange

✦ Request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.


✦ The item must be unused, unworn, clean, and in its original packaging.

Shipping fees for returns/exchanges

✦ If the item is defective or wrong item was sent: the company covers shipping fees.


✦ If the reason is personal preference (e.g., size, change of mind): you cover the exchange/refund delivery fees.

Refunds issued

Orders under 2,000 EGP: Refund may be issued at the door by the courier.


Orders over 2,000 EGP: Refund is processed via InstaPay or mobile wallet after the returned item arrives at our warehouse (up to 7 working days).

The refund will be refused. In that case:

✦ The item will be sent back to you.


✦ We will not be able to process or return the refunded amount.

Please ensure all return conditions are met before sending items back.

Yes. If the refund is initiated at your request (e.g., change of mind or sizing issues), the original shipping fees and the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Note: International orders are processed manually (not through the website). Share your order details and we’ll quote the shipping fee based on weight before finalizing.

Yes, we ship all over Egypt. Shipping fees vary by destination.

Alexandria: 95 EGP
Other Cities: 105–130 EGP
Exchange shipping: +10 EGP

Delivery

Cairo, Giza, Alexandria: up to 10 days


Other governorates: within 14 days

Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are not included in delivery timelines.

Washing & Care
CTRL Products

✦ Wash inside out to protect designs.
✦ Prefer cold water (hot/warm water can cause faster color fading).
Do not use a dryer.
✦ Avoid harsh detergents and bleach.
Do not iron directly on prints.
Exception: Jackets and coats require dry cleaning.

Yes, machine washing is possible. However, hand washing is recommended for optimal care.
